Trailhead Psychology aims to provide clear, transparent information about fees and payment so that individuals and families can make informed decisions about services. Services may be provided on a private-pay basis or through insurance.
Private-pay therapy services are available for individuals and families. Session length is determined collaboratively based on clinical need and may change over time.
Individual Therapy
30 minutes: $90
45 minutes: $135
60 minutes: $175
Family Therapy
60 minutes: $225
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations are billed as comprehensive services that reflect the time involved in intake, testing, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and one feedback session.
Neuropsychological Evaluation: $2,500
IQ Evaluation Only: $800
Autism Evaluation Only: $1,200
Express Neuropsychological Evaluation: $3,500
Express Autism Evaluation: $1,800
Fee estimates are discussed in advance of scheduling and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the evaluation.
